During my senior year in high school, I interviewed with Pacific Bell and was hired as a long distance cord board operator. I held many positions throughout my career at Pacific Bell including training, management, quality assurance and Information Technology positions that provided me with opportunities to develop into a highly skilled professional. While working at Pacific Bell, I attended Cabrillo College, Foothill College and San Jose State University completing courses in the Psychology, Data Communications and Computer Literacy disciplines. I have pursued specialized training in leadership development and professional communications that has been an asset in establishing good working relationships with clients and co-workers.

My twenty-seven years experience in the telecommunications industry provides me with a unique background and perspective on customer service, inter-personal communications and a wealth of understanding of the consumer environment.

I studied Real Estate with Anthony Schools. Courses taken include California Real Estate Principles, California Real Estate Practice, California Real Estate Property Management, and California Real Estate Law. I have also taken Alain Pinel Realtors Masters Program in Saratoga California. I was certified by the National Notary Association in Notary Public and as a Notary Signing Agent. I was bonded and insured in both areas as well as receiving the Quality Service Certified Gold Status and Certified as a Distressed Property Expert.

A Santa Cruz native, I moved to Walnut Creek with my husband and 5 children in 1999. During my tenure at Pacific Bell/SBC/AT&T, I established a wide variety of contacts, friends and business professionals that I have maintained over the years and comprises a significant portion of my client pool.

I carry a fundamental philosophy about my work environment: “I am a firm believer in building a strong team environment that fosters open communication and teamwork to accomplish our mutual goals.” I carry a fundamental philosophy about my work: “do it right the first time”
